QUALIFICATIONS,REQUIREMENTS, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Basic Salary Scale: Ksh. 46,120.00 - 65,860.00 pm (CPSB 08) House Allowance: Ksh. 22,000.00 pmCommuter Allowance: Ksh. 6,000.00 pmOther Allowances as Per the SRC CircularsTerms of Service: Permanent and PensionableRequirements for Appointment-:Bachelor degree in Fleet Management/ Motor Vehicle Engineering or any other relevant field from a recognized University;Served as Transport Officer JG,’K’ for 3 years or adequate cumulative years of service for appointment to Job Group ‘L’.Duties and Responsibilities -:Supervising drivers in their day-to-day duties;Overseeing booking and scheduling of vehicles;Preparing maintenance/ repair schedules for vehicles;Analyzing work tickets and ensuring compliance;Receiving and compiling motor vehicle statistics for management useManaging motor vehicle file registry and maintaining motor vehicle fleet register;Coordinating the ordering of new vehicles;Vehicle insurance and licensing; andAny other lawful duties that may be assigned from time to time.
