Duties and Responsibilities:-Ensure planning, direct, coordinate, supervise the Unit’s areas of control; Manage the training and development function of the Unit; Undertake adhoc assignments relating to revenue services;Prepare activity-based budgeting, procurement plan, management reports and final Revenue collections on timely basis; Ensure safe custody of County Revenue Agency assets and records;Manage revenue staff performance in line with set policies and procedures;Provide professional leadership and guidance to revenue collectors; and Perform any other lawful duties that may be assigned from time to timePlan, monitor and evaluate performance of staff against the set targets.
