ORPassed Part III of the Certified Public Accountants (CPAK) Membership to a relevant Professional body and in good standing.Duties and Responsibilities:-Oversee and ensure accurate collection, receipt, and banking of all organizational or government revenues.Reconcile daily, weekly, and monthly revenue collections with bank deposits and accounting records.Post and update revenue transactions into the financial system accurately and timely.Prepare and submit periodic revenue reports and statements to management and relevant authorities.Implement and enforce internal controls to prevent revenue leakages, fraud, and misappropriation.Ensure compliance with the Public Finance Management Act (PFMA) and other financial regulations.Maintain and monitor revenue records, registers, and ledgers, ensuring proper documentation and safekeeping.Address audit queries, maintain an audit trail, and support internal and external audits related to revenue.Advise management on revenue performance, trends, and strategies for improvement.Plan, monitor and evaluate performance of staff against the set targets.
