Basic Salary Scale: Ksh.58,360.00 - 90,200.00 (CPSB 06)
House Allowance: Ksh. 25,500.00 pm
Commuter Allowance: Ksh. 8,000.00 pm
Other Allowances as Per the SRC Circulars
Terms of Service: Permanent and Pensionable

Requirements for the Appointment:-
A Bachelor's degree in Commerce (Accounting or Finance option) and Passed Part III of Certified Public Accountants (CPA) Examination or its recognized equivalent;
Registered with the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK)
Attended a management course lasting not less than four (4) weeks from the Kenya Institute of Administration or any other recognized institution.
Shown merit and ability as reflected in work performance and results.
Integrity and commitment to produce results;
Creative and innovative, technical problem solving, transformative and resource management skills;
Good knowledge in the professional field of specialization, good organization and supervisory skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:-
Oversee and coordinate revenue collection.
Supervise and coordinate revenue accounting operations to ensure proper collection, recording, and reconciliation of all revenue.
Prepare, review, and consolidate revenue reports, statements, and performance analysis for submission to senior management.
Reconcile revenue accounts with bank statements and financial records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Implement and enforce internal control measures to safeguard revenue and prevent fraud or misappropriation.
Maintain and update revenue ledgers, registers, and other accountable documents.
Oversee the preparation of audit schedules and respond to audit queries related to revenue management.
Monitor revenue collection performance against set targets and recommend strategies for improvement.
Ensure compliance with the Public Finance Management Act, 2012, and other relevant financial regulations.
Supervise, mentor, and appraise revenue accounting staff to enhance performance and service delivery
Plan, monitor and evaluate performance of staff against the set targets.
