QUALIFICATIONS,REQUIREMENTS, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Basic Salary Scale: Ksh.58,360.00 - 90,200.00 (CPSB 06) House Allowance: Ksh. 25,500.00 pmCommuter Allowance: Ksh. 8,000.00 pmOther Allowances as Per the SRC CircularsTerms of Service: Permanent and PensionableRequirements for Appointment-;: -Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or any Social Science Degree with Human Resource Option;Must have at least four (4) years relevant working experience or has served in Job Group M for a minimum of 3 yearsMembership to a relevant professional body; andWell versed with (Integrated Personnel Payroll Database) IPPD Software for Payroll ManagementExcellent Communication and interpersonal skills;Duties and Responsibilities: -Develop, review, interpret and implement policies, rules, regulations, procedures and strategies for payroll management;Responsible for the management of integrated personnel and county payroll data system;Coordinate processing of monthly payroll;Coordinate preparation of the personnel emolument budget;Ensure inputs of third party deduction into the payroll;Ensure the correct interpretation and implementation of human resource regulations including pensions, salary administration, labor laws and other statutes that impact on human;Investigate, reconcile and take appropriate action on all monthly payroll variations;Provide monthly payroll reports to the relevant departments;Coordinate the training and development of staff in the payroll section; andPreparing budget for the Human Resource factionPlan, monitor and evaluate performance of staff against the set targets.
