QUALIFICATIONS,REQUIREMENTS, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Basic Salary Scale: Ksh.58,360.00 - 90,200.00 (CPSB 06)
House Allowance: Ksh. 25,500.00 pm
Commuter Allowance: Ksh. 8,000.00 pm
Other Allowances as Per the SRC Circulars
Terms of Service: Permanent and Pensionable

Requirements for Appointment:-
Bachelor's degree in any of the following disciplines: Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Monitoring and Evaluation, Policy Analysis and Project Management or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
A minimum five (5) years of relevant work experience;
Having undergone supervisory course of not less than four weeks from a recognized institution will be an added advantage;
Successful applicant to meet the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution on Leadership and Integrity;
Have demonstrated managerial, administrative and professional competence in work performance and results.
Duties and Responsibilities:-
Collect, collate and file quarterly monitoring and evaluation (M&E) returns of the department based on the approved data collection tools;
Participate in the development of tools and indicators for use in quarterly and annual compliance and efficiency audits;
Conduct annual citizen satisfaction surveys and report on the Citizen Satisfaction Index;
Monitor and evaluate compliance with the Citizen Service Delivery Charter in the department
Monitor and evaluate the implementation of department and Authorized Officer’s decisions and file quarterly returns;
Participate in annual evaluation of extent of compliance with Values and Principles of Public Service and preparation of department Annual Report;
Undertake audit and analysis of department and county policies, programmes and projects
Plan, monitor and evaluate performance of staff against the set targets;
Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
