Served for three (3) years at the level of Senior Human Resource Management Officer or in a comparable and relevant position in the Public Service for at least three (3) years; Knowledge and relevant work experience of not less than six (5) years and has at least three (3) years’ experience at management level; and. Current Membership of IHRM (K) with valid practicing license.A supervisory course of not less than two weeks from a recognized institution will be an added advantage.Duties and responsibilities-:Planning, coordination, organization and direction of Training activities Making training reports for the training section; Processing and analysing training request from Departments; Analyze staff progression and making proposals for career development;Ensure the correct interpretation and implementation of human resource training regulations;Supervising, guiding, counseling, mentoring, training and development of staff working under him/her. Any other human resource duties as may be assigned from time to time
