QUALIFICATIONS,REQUIREMENTS, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Basic Salary Scale: Ksh.58,360.00 - 90,200.00 (CPSB 06) House Allowance: Ksh. 25,500.00 pmCommuter Allowance: Ksh. 8,000.00 pmOther Allowances as Per the SRC CircularsTerms of Service: Permanent and PensionableRequirements for Appointment:-A Bachelor’s degree in Education or its equivalent from a recognized institution.A Master’s degree in Education Management or related field will be an added advantage.At least seven (7) years of relevant work experience in education coordination or management.Demonstrate ability to manage education programs and projects.Good knowledge of education sector policies and strategies.Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.Computer literate and able to use education information systems.Duties and Responsibilities:-Coordinate education programs and activities within the county.Ensure effective implementation of education plans, projects, and initiatives.Supervise education officers and provide technical guidance.Collect, analyze, and report data on education performance indicators.Promote stakeholder engagement in education programs and initiatives.Monitor compliance with education policies and regulations.Prepare periodic reports on education coordination activities.Provide administrative and technical support to education committees and forums.Plan, monitor and evaluate performance of staff against the set targets.
