QUALIFICATIONS,REQUIREMENTS, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Basic Salary Scale: Ksh. 26,900.00- 35,380.00 (CPSB 11) House Allowance: Ksh. 4,500 p.m Commuter Allowance: KShs. 4,000 p.m. Other Allowances as Per the SRC CircularsTerms of Service: Permanent and PensionableRequirements for Appointment-; Diploma in any of the following fields: Medical Social Work, Social Work, Sociology, Mental Health, Psychology or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution; Membership to professional body and Duties and responsibilitiesAssess psycho-social history of patients/clients; Record psycho-social history of patients/clients; Identify needy clients for psycho- social support; Verify supportive documents provided by patients/clients; Collect patient/clients’ biodata including relevant interventions; and Sensitize and enable enrollment of clients to social health authority and social health insurance fund or choice health insurance covers. Plan, monitor and evaluate performance of staff against the set targets.
