Basic Salary Scale: Ksh.41,420.00 -57,230.00 (CPSB 09)
House Allowance: Ksh. 12,800.00 p.m
Commuter Allowance: KSh. 5,000.00 p.m.
Other Allowances as Per the SRC Circulars
Terms of Service: Permanent and Pensionable
Requirements for Appointment-:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management/ Personnel Management or any other relevant qualification from a recognized institution
Registered Member of the relevant professional body (IHRM) in good standing.
Good analytical and organizational skills
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Duties and Responsibilities -:
Providing advice on application of relevant legislation as regards management of Human Resource.
Following up on implementation/adherence to HR policies, regulations and guidelines.
Coordinate recruitment and selection activities through the Board committee responsible
Prepare comprehensive briefs and reports for Board on HR-related matters to support informed decision-making.
Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to support strategic planning and workforce management
Providing information and raising awareness to functional areas on changes in policy.
Recommending HR best practice for staff management based on comparative review of similar entities.
Plan, monitor and evaluate performance of staff against the set targets.
