Master’s Degree in a relevant field will be an added advantage; Certificate in senior management course lasting not less than four (4) weeks from a recognized institution.Must be a member of a professional body in good standing.Duties and ResponsibilitiesCoordinate Integrated Performance Management in the County;Provide technical support on Performance Contracting and SPAS to County Government Entities/County Assemblies;Monitor the performance of contracting parties.Provide logistical and technical support to the external performance evaluators;Undertake capacity building on Performance Management for County Government Entities on performance management.Ensure that the integrity and credibility of the overall process of performance rewards and sanctions system is safeguarded and maintained at all times;Oversee the implementation of Performance Contracting;Ensure integration of Performance Management with other Human Resource functions;Develop clear and measurable performance targets indicators to monitor/track progress on achievement of performance indicators;Periodically, assess the performance of Departments and individual employees against set targets based on the SPAS reports;Analyze performance data to identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas where interventions are required.
