Duties and Responsibilities:-Oversee development, planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of youth programmes and activities.Policy formulation and strategy development for youth empowerment, employment, health, recreation, etc. Develop and manage information systems for youth data.Coordinate with stakeholders—including government agencies, development partners, and community groups—to enhance youth engagement and service delivery. Prepare performance reports, annual plans, and departmental budgets. Manage technical teams and supporting administrative and HR functions. Promote youth participation in volunteerism, employment opportunities, and environmental or civic initiatives.
