QUALIFICATIONS,REQUIREMENTS, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Basic Salary Scale: Ksh.105,570.00 -139,790.00 (CPSB 04)House Allowance: Ksh. 28,000.00 p.m Commuter Allowance: KSh. 14,000.00 p.m.Other Allowances as Per the SRC CircularsTerms of Service: Permanent and Pensionable Requirements for Appointment-:-A Bachelor's degree in any of the following disciplines: Public Administration, Business Administration/Management, Community Development or any other Social Science from a recognized institution.A Master's degree in a relevant field will be an added advantageKnowledge and work experience of not less than seven (7) years, five (3) of which must have been at Senior Management level in the Public Service or Private Sector;Have a Diploma in advance Public Administration or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.Have demonstrated managerial, administrative and professional competence in work performance and results.Duties and Responsibilities -:Implement, review and interpret administrative policies, strategies, procedures and programmes.Coordinate sector plans and develop departments planCoordinate operations in the department including fleet managementPrepare monthly staff returnsMonitor the performance contracts and follow up on progressLead the monitoring and evaluation team in project implementation;Plan and coordinate office accommodation. and Manage county government assets.Oversee safe custody of government assets in the area of jurisdiction.Handle administrative, Human Resources and assets management issues.Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the Chief OfficerImplement, reviewing and interpreting administrative policies, strategies, procedures and programmes.Manage and supervise the general administration services.Facilitate maintenance of infrastructure and facilities.Plan and coordinate office accommodation. and Manage county government assets.
