QUALIFICATIONS,REQUIREMENTS, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Basic Salary Scale: Ksh.102,860.00 137,070.00 (CPSB 04) House Allowance: Ksh. 28,000.00 p.m Commuter Allowance: KSh. 14,000.00 p.m.Other Allowances as Per the SRC CircularsTerms of Service: Permanent and PensionableRequirements for Appointment-;Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Commerce, Business Administration, Investment, or related discipline.A Master’s degree in the relevant field is an added advantage.Minimum of eight (8) years of experience, three (3) of which should be in a senior position in investment or industrial development.Certificate in senior management course lasting not less than four (4) weeks from a recognized institution.Strong knowledge of county/national investment frameworks and industrial policy.Demonstrated leadership, strategic planning, and project management skills.Duties and ResponsibilitiesAssist the Director in developing and implementing county investment and industrialization strategies.Coordinate promotion of investment opportunities to attract local and foreign investors.Facilitate establishment and growth of industrial parks and economic zones.Oversee policy research and development on industrial and trade matters.Liaise with public and private sector stakeholders for industrial partnerships.Supervise staff under the investment and industrialization division.Prepare and submit periodic reports on investment performance.Promote public-private partnerships to enhance industrial growth.Support resource mobilization and donor engagement initiatives.
