Duties and Responsibilities:-Implement cultural and social development policies.Manage, plan, coordinate, and administer cultural services.Promote community engagement, particularly with women and vulnerable groups.Address harmful cultural practices like FGM and GBV.Preserve and document cultural heritage, including intangible aspects and creative expressions.Support development of cultural industries (fine arts, performance, creative industries).Organize cultural festivals, exhibitions, workshops, and capacity-building programs.Empower cultural practitioners and promote cultural exchange, community centres, and heritage storytelling.Plan, monitor and evaluate performance of staff against the set targets.
