QUALIFICATIONS,REQUIREMENTS, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Basic Salary Scale: Ksh.102,860.00 137,070.00 (CPSB 04) House Allowance: Ksh. 28,000.00 p.m Commuter Allowance: KSh. 14,000.00 p.m.Other Allowances as Per the SRC CircularsTerms of Service: Permanent and PensionableRequirements for Appointment-;Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Entrepreneurship, Economics, or related discipline.A postgraduate qualification in business development, trade, or finance is an advantage.At least eight (8) years of relevant experience, with three (3) years in a supervisory or management role.Certificate in senior management course lasting not less than four (4) weeks from a recognized institution.Knowledge of MSME (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) frameworks and business incubation.Strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder engagement skills.Duties and ResponsibilitiesCoordinate Inua Biashara programs and activities to promote SMEs and local enterprises.Develop and implement strategies for business incubation and enterprise development.Facilitate training and capacity building for entrepreneurs and MSMEs.Monitor and evaluate performance of business development initiatives.Mobilize resources and partnerships to support SME programs.Oversee disbursement and recovery of county enterprise funds.Prepare progress reports and advise management on policy interventions.Organize trade fairs and exhibitions to promote local businesses.Supervise and mentor staff in the enterprise development division.
