QUALIFICATIONS,REQUIREMENTS, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Basic Salary Scale: Ksh. 92,030.00 -133,410.00 (CPSB 05)
House Allowance: Ksh. 28,000.00 p.m
Commuter Allowance: KSh. 12,000.00 p.m.
Other Allowances as Per the SRC Circulars
Terms of Service: Permanent and Pensionable
Requirements for Appointment-:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or any Social Science Degree with a postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management.
A Master's Degree in a relevant field will be an added advantage.
Knowledge and relevant work experience of not less than six (6) years and has at least three (3) years’ experience at management level; and.
Current Membership of IHRM (K) in good standing.
Management and leadership courses of not less than four weeks from a recognized institution will be an added advantage.
Duties and Responsibilities
Implementing and reviewing Policies, Plans, Guidelines, Standards, Best Practices and Strategies for Post Training and Skills Development;
Strengthening linkages between Education, Training, Industry and Professional Bodies;
Coordinating capacity building for career development.
Developing implementing and reviewing skills development programmes;
Implementing and reviewing quality standards and norms and undertaking quality audits and assurance for skills development;
Leading teams in Monitoring and Evaluating Skills Development Programmes;
Spearheading Research and Innovation on Skills Development.
