A Master's Degree in a relevant field will be an added advantage.Knowledge and relevant work experience of not less than six (6) years and has at least three (3) years’ experience at management level; and. Current Membership of IHRM (K) in good standing.Management and leadership courses of not less than four weeks from a recognized institution will be an added advantage.Duties and ResponsibilitiesImplementing and reviewing Policies, Plans, Guidelines, Standards, Best Practices and Strategies for Post Training and Skills Development;Strengthening linkages between Education, Training, Industry and Professional Bodies;Coordinating capacity building for career development.Developing implementing and reviewing skills development programmes;Implementing and reviewing quality standards and norms and undertaking quality audits and assurance for skills development; Leading teams in Monitoring and Evaluating Skills Development Programmes;Spearheading Research and Innovation on Skills Development.
