QUALIFICATIONS,REQUIREMENTS, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Basic Salary Scale: Ksh. 90,200.00 124,630.00 (CPSB 04)House Allowance: Ksh.28, 000Commuter Allowance: Ksh.12, 000 p.m.Other Allowances as Per the SRC CircularsTerms of Service: Permanent and PensionableRequirements for Appointment :-Bachelor’s degree in any of the following disciplines: Public Administration, Business Administration/Management, Law, Economics, Statistics, Leadership and Governance/Management or its equivalent qualifications from a recognized institution;Knowledge and relevant work experience of not less than six (6) years and has at least three (3) years’ experience at management level;Excellent planning and organization skills; andExcellent communication and interpersonal skills;Duties and Responsibilities: -Responsible for overall strategic policy direction of the departmentImplement intervention measures and determining support requirements to address performance gaps in the department;Coordinate functions of the department;Spearhead establishment and implementation of mechanisms for alternative dispute resolution;Facilitate the work of the departmental Ensure implementation of appropriate interventions as required in the department.Supervise, monitor and evaluate the status of project implementation in the departmentPlan, monitor and evaluate performance of staff against the set targets.
