QUALIFICATIONS,REQUIREMENTS, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Basic Salary Scale: Ksh.58,360.00 - 90,200.00 (CPSB 06) House Allowance: Ksh. 25,500.00 pmCommuter Allowance: Ksh. 8,000.00 pmOther Allowances as Per the SRC CircularsTerms of Service: Permanent and PensionableRequirements For appointment:-Degree in Social Sciences or its equivalent from a recognized institution.Have necessary experience in their respective field of profession of at least four (4) years;Good communication and interpersonal skills; andExperienced in handling teams, coordinating services and working in outreach programs for the vulnerable, rehabilitation and treatment of addicted persons.Duties and Responsibilities: -Plan program activities on timely and accurate manner;Establish a database and referral mechanism system for the rehabilitation of persons to receive comprehensive services;Reach out to vulnerable and/ or addicted persons and admit to the rehabilitation center(s);Consider and co-ordinate with other services to undertake a comprehensive assessment and develop individual rehabilitation programmes;Monitor and evaluate support programmes and ensure meaningful outcomes are recorded and built upon during the support process;Coordinate rehabilitation of the addicted persons;Prepare progress reports including identification of problems, causes of potential bottlenecks in implementation, and providing specific recommendations; andPlan, monitor and evaluate performance of staff against the set targets.
