QUALIFICATIONS,REQUIREMENTS, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Basic Salary Scale: Ksh. 105,570.00 - 139,790.00 (CPSB 04)House Allowance: Ksh. 28,000 p.mCommuter Allowance: Ksh. 14,000 p.m.Other Allowances as Per the SRC CircularsTerms of Service: Three (3) Years Contract (Renewable)Requirements for appointment: -Be a holder of at least a first degree from a university recognized in Kenya;Have qualifications and knowledge in administration or management;Knowledge and relevant work experience of not less than seven (7) years, three (3) of which must have been at senior management level in a public or private sector.Master’s degree is an added advantage.A Senior Management course from a recognized institution may be preferred.Satisfy the requirements of chapter six of the constitution of Kenya on leadership and integrity.Duties and Responsibilities:- Coordinate the management and supervision of the general administrative functions in the Sub-County unit;Develop policies and plans;Ensure effective service delivery;Facilitate and coordinate citizen participation in the development of policies, plans and delivery of services;Provide and maintain infrastructure and facilities of public service;Coordinate developmental activities to empower the community;Maintain the Sub County public serviceExercise any functions and powers delegated by the County Public Service Board under section 86 (1) of County Government Act 2012.
