QUALIFICATIONS,REQUIREMENTS, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Basic Salary Scale: Ksh. 26,900.00- 35,380.00 (CPSB 11) House Allowance: Ksh. 4,500 p.m Commuter Allowance: KShs. 4,000 p.m. Other Allowances as Per the SRC CircularsTerms of Service: Permanent & PensionableRequirement for appointment:-Diploma in Records/Information Management or equivalent qualifications from a recognized institution.Good Analytical and Organizational skill.Duties and responsibilities:-Receive, sort, open, file, minute and dispatch mails;Sort information and documents for filing according to database and record managementsystem protocols.Assist in classifying and coding information and documents for inclusion in database andrecord management systemsFile information and documents in database and record management systems.Identify and retrieve information and documents for users.Record file and document movements.Label storage locations, and assembling of new files.Remove inactive and dead files and guide on file disposal.
