Duties and responsibilitiesAssessing psycho-social history of patients/clients; Recording psycho-social history of patients/clients; Identifying needy clients for psycho- social support; Verifying supportive documents provided by patients/clients; Collecting patient/clients’ biodata including relevant interventions; and Sensitizing and enabling enrollment of clients to social health authority and social health insurance fund or choice health insurance covers.
