Possess a current valid practicing certificate;Membership of a relevant professional body;Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; andShown merit and ability as reflected in work performance and results.Duties and responsibilitiesProvide environmental health extension services;Mobilize, sensitize and advise communities on matters related to environmental health;Refer health cases to relevant health facilities;Carry out immunization; identifying environmental health issues at community level;Organize community health days to advise communities on common public health issues;Implement vector, vermin and rodent control measures; and implement integrated mosquito control strategies; andCollect and maintain up to date records of services rendered; assessing health needs of the community.
