Duties and Responsibilities: -Diagnose, care and treat disease;Perform medical and surgical procedures;Prepare and respond to emergencies and disasters;Participate in management of medicines, medical instruments and equipment.Provide health education to the public;Maintain medical records, health information and data;Counsel patients and their relatives on diagnosis and bereavement;Teach and coach medical students, nursing students and clinical; officer interns;Prepare requisite documents for registration;Attend to patients in clerking, diagnosis, management and follow ups; and Plan, monitor and evaluate performance of staff against the set targets.
