Labour Relations or any or any Social Science Diploma from a recognized institution;Shown merit and ability as reflected in work performance and results.Good analytical and organizational skills.Duties and Responsibilities: -Support all internal and external human resource related inquiries or requests;Oversee the compilation of compensation and benefit documentation;Compile quarterly performance management reports;Schedule meetings, human resource events and maintain agendas;Assist in planning for training sessions and seminars;Assist in induction and updating records of new staff;Produce and submit reports on general human resource activities;Complete termination paperwork and exit interviews; andKeep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
