Holder of Bachelors of Laws (LLB) from a recognized university;ii. Hold Post-graduate Diploma in Law from the Council of Legal Education;iii. Must be a member of the Law society of Kenya.iv. Knowledge of Labor laws and Industrial Relations.v. Must be computer literate and able to demonstrate a high level of professionalism.Duties and Responsibilitiesi. Implement policies and procedures for the general operation of the Board’s Complianceand its related activities to prevent illegal, unethical, or improper conduct.ii. Communicate decisions of the Board relating to the code of conduct.iii. Provide technical guidance to the Board on legal, ethical and compliance issues.iv. Monitor and implement the Board’s decisions on disciplinary and human resourcematters.v. Assist in the Investigation of disciplinary cases.vi. Follow up on implementation of OSHA, WIBA, Labor Relations Act 2007, EmploymentAct 2007 and Labor Institutions Act 2007.vii. Plan, monitor and evaluate performance of staff against the set targets.
